Meet the Chef

Our talented chef, Fred. Originally from Guangzhou, China, Fred attended culinary school before embarking on a successful 30-year career in the restaurant industry. He honed his craft in various restaurants across China before moving to the United States, where he spent a decade at Ming Court. With experience in Japanese cuisine, Fred is thrilled to bring his passion and expertise to our kitchen and share his love for Asian cuisine with Walla Walla.
